One day i had dreamded about being a policeman, the next day i joined the police force, i was sent to duty, got shoot and died.

Didn't know how short it had to be, so I'm glad that Santi started us off with a great example :)

Alright, here is my horror short story...

One time, ,jamiexo had been craving a vanilla ice cream cone from McDonald's. So, after work, she drive all the way to McDonald's only to find.... THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN LIKE IT ALWAYS IS

Every time I hear certain songs, like "Puff the Magic Dragon", I am taken back to some of my earliest memories of laying in my cot while Mum puts the regular vinyl on to play while I drift off to sleep.
I would listen to the gentle music while looking around my room in awe.
The curtains with little trees, houses and stick figures on that I'd seen 100 times, still so fascinating. The illuminous plastic stars scattered on the ceiling, the intricate knots in the wood on the bars.
Then I would drift off into a deep sleep filled with nice, pleasant dreams; the feeling of love such a comfort to me.

It is now such a distant memory that it feels from another lifetime, but it's these little mementos of sound and smell that take me back to such pleasant times in my life; and remind me that those feelings are possible.

She woke up drenched. Her clothes covered in water. ‘This is the third time’ she said. ‘why am I seeing these vivid dreams?’ She asked herself.

The next morning Georgie Wilson came down for breakfast and saw her mum. Her mum saw she was worried and asked ‘Georgie darling, are you ok?’
‘No mum, I have seen three nightmares of our neighbor Sherlie and a group of others in a plane crash. There was fire, and none of them could be saved. Is this a sign mum? Will something bad happen’ she said.

‘Don’t be daft silly! It was only a dream now of to school you go puppet’, laughed her mother.

Georgie went to school and everything was normal ‘I guess it was just a dream’ she said to herself. She walks through the corridor and saw her mum watching the news. She was white, as pale as snow, tears rolling down her eyes. She slowly turned to Georgie and said ‘Georgie.. our neighbor Sherlie... shes dead’.

Georgie froze, panick started to run through her veins, adrenaline pumping, ‘this can’t be happening’ she whispered to herself.

‘Your dream was right Georgie’ she whispered. ‘It was a sign!’ She cried. Georgie ran to her mother as her knees collapsed to the floor.

‘Tell me my love did you tell anyone of this?!’ Her mother sobbed. ‘No Mum’ georgie whispered ‘no one knows’.

Georgie’s mum whispered, ‘Georgie my darling, this morning when I met with Rose, I jokingly told her about it’.

Suddenly the doorbell rings.
Standing tall with a navy buttoned uniform were two police officers. ‘We are looking for a Georgie Wilson’.

Georgie’s face went pale as she stood lifeless looking at the officers.

‘We would like to ask you a few questions’.
