Hospitality industry hit with thousands of cancellations in Christmas period
Many businesses now on the line after government scaremongering over Covid-19 causes thousands of cancellations
Keep hearing people dropping out and cancelling their Christmas plans out of pure fear 💔 Just shows the impact Boris’ scaremongering is having - despite being completely inconsistent with the worldwide reports on Omicron. We can’t keep living in this cycle. It’s so depressing.

As someone who was once denied entrance to a club because I was wearing "the wrong kind of trainers" I'd like to invite him to fuck all the way off.

One patient was crying inconsolably because her 90th birthday party, has been cancelled😞. All residents triple vaxxed.

Local hospitality venues are reporting cancelled bookings/parties and constituents have told me they won’t comply with the rules.
This Govt have lost all credibility.👇https://t.co/rRtHhzdIF0Boris Johnson is accused of lockdown by stealth as millions cancel hospitality bookings.

This is just appalling. The Christmas period is when most in the hospitality sector make enough money to carry them over quieter January and February.
Thousands of businesses on the verge of going under - many already have - and for what?
Are you cutting back your Christmas plans?
Personally, after just getting off the phone with a friend I'm going to increase my Christmas plans and spend even more time in crowded pubs and bars.
