Kensington Palace reveals Her Royal Highness is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer
Terrible news.
That's now alongside The King who is also undergoing treatment for cancer, and Sarah, Duchess of York who has skin cancer.
With The King and The Prince and Princess of Wales out of action for a few months at least now, it'll be interesting to see how the profile of The Queen changes over the coming months. She'll be carrying much of the weight as the only working senior royal, and she still has her detractors over what happened 30 years ago with the marriage breakdowns. I'm a fan - I think she's a trooper who just gets on with it.
