Is this rare?

It's rare in the sense that it's expensive and relatively sparse (compared to like a lodge corner or something) but not technically a "rare" as in a catalogue release by that name. It came from the old Furni-Matic [https://habboxwiki.com/Furni-Matic] so many many years since you could get them!

Looks like currently the cheapest in marketplace is 325c so not to be sniffed at :D
