pretty odd, i used to walk around just for the fun of it into pub rooms and check the :furni for fun. now it appears they actually have some "items" in these public rooms, but only on this side of the lido, not the entrance
PS, in the habbo garden, their are 23 unlike in the lido their are only 10

They are the queuing spaces where you line up for the diving board.
Same goes with the habbo gardens, you line up to get onto the info bus or whatever it is.
that is what im thinking, its pretty cool though, their like flat rollers. it would sure be cool is someone created those for guest rooms if you know what i mean :P
