The picture looks like the t.v is showing a map or something ;)

a type of.... soap program (eastenders ;P)

Its like a test program (you know in the good old days of the beeb (BBC) there was a multi coloured screen when they went of air and sometimes they even put a girl with a picture of a clown with a blackboard (totally random))
