I dont feel a 100%

I feel asleep on couch with a headache still got it
I am over tired
Black under eyes
Feel faint
Feel Cold

And thinking of go to bed at 9pm do u agree?

Sometimes i stay up late when im ill but it makes me feel tired so i sleep downstairs on the sofa for a bit
