We can't really answer, what games does he like? What type?
Hes a hardcore puzzle gamer and Likes RPGs also his favorite games are Final Fantasy Advance and DBZ 2 3 and 4
Possibly DS? Because that has puzzle games.. And Zelda etc.

DS, more cheaper. That has meteos, that other puzzle game (released on day of launch) Advance wars.
More games are coming out too.
DS has Meteos
PSP has Lumines
Though DS is cheaper, better for a child his age, and will have more RPG's. DS all the way ^_^
Id want a psp cuz i could carry it everywhere he wanted. I'd reccomend PSP
