Looking for job as advertiser

I want to be your advertiser for whatever it is you want me to advertise. and i would like rares for payment. Or very good norms. I need rares and chances are i won't work for norms. but who knows mabey that one day i will. The payment has to work by how many people. And i have to get payment right after i get the amount of people needed to get something. I don't advertise for one whole week then get some lowsy for pay. I can advertise for one whole week however
if u pay a rare and 2 rares if i was good enough.:D thank you
