No offence but Piczo and Freewebs are stupid, You need a decent PHP allowing site maybe with MySQL free, so you have layout, Forum, Cutenews everything you need.

Most probably true, Yet basic HTML is really easy. I Grasped it in around a week.

Use www.5gigs.com or https://free.prohosting.com/cgi/signup , Then go and check the html codes of your piczo site and save them on your computer. Then upload them on one of the sites above. NO BANNERS , ADVERTASING messege , ..

freewebs and piczo offer FREE WEB HOSTING.

Freewebs and piczo are the worst hosts [fullstop] They just allow noobs to make annoying sites and think they are amazing "/ instead of going out learning html etc and making a decent site..
