Management positions are not decided on from votes, so I don't know where that has all come from.
You cant really just say your not asst. manager now can you and you have to move on with it.

If someone did ask them to vote on a management position, the request was not from general management and nor were the votes considered in the overall decision. As far as I know, Super Staff and Team Leaders were asked for opinions on normal staff and that's as far as it went.Quote:
