HxHD inactivity

They help even if there not behind the desk.

We dont have to be behind the desk all the time

If anything its helping non staff get realised if they help :)

I have never seen someone in need of help complain that we are not behind the desk:P

I'm always in there and I always need help but I never get any

Hence the point I just made, they probably don't ask because they don't think there's actual staff there? If you didn't notice most of the new people requiring help sit on the pods outside the desk to ask obviously because in helpdesks that's where you usually receive the help :)

Usually the users asking for help are not regular visitors, and don't even notice the bar, so they just say, "I need help". Usually half the room helps them:).

I dont think I've seen anyone leave without having any help if they need it, ofcourse sometimes we're brbing or theres not many people there

You can still use the HxHD forumwhoever you are if your answer is not fulfilled :)
