I was about to say this. Pointless to have both. Not sure if the stars would become pointless too, if not, at least they'll be more relevant as you'll be able to see everybody's.

get user bars for all staff k cause the user titles look horrible when they have a list of jobs

Either automatic, or there can be a thread where you request them.

For example...

Person reaches 1000 posts > 1000 post award automatically appears on awards list, with a PM recieved with details about that award.

OR

Person reaches 1000 posts > Person posts in the thread requesting for the 1000 post award > Admin adds it to their awards list.

If it's possible for it to be automated, then it should be else they'll just be a huge backlog. I know on CHF when they're added you get an automated PM from the Forum Manager saying it has been added.

If they're not automatic then the whole thing is pointless and will fail.
