Stephen!

You can tell if it's vista or just the theme by looking at the start button. The theme has the top cut off while vista's is a full circle.

My specs - it's my dad's pc btw and hes Dell technician on new personal pcs/servers thats how we have the new processor he got it out a server :S he said and he got new asus motherboard on internet not from dell though :D we only 1gb of ram tho :(
