Yea thats true. also Luke Wright a doubt for tomorrows game
i think wright is a decent batter and bowler. he hasn't been great in these ODI but always good for more of a 'cameo' appearance, good scorer.
luke wright is out, foot/ankle injury i think.
Don't care who wins now. Australia have won the series :)
England win now, Australia won't climb to number 1 ODI spot.
Australia carry on winning, England loses :)
^^ I fully agree. I like how I say something and the sports channels say the same things a few days later.Quote:
But still, looking at their performance in this series, you get the impression that they (England) just don't respect the one-day game enough. If you don't respect it, it won't respect you. Age-old stuff, I know. England better get their act together in the next game or they'll head to the Champions Trophy as push-overs.
i.e. England not respecting ODI's. Flintoff is selfish and only cares about money and not England.
A good score of 299 by England. Australia will need to ensure they dont lose early wickets or the pressure will be on them.
Flintoff has turned down the England contract, but says he remains fully committed to playing T20s and ODIs for England, I never realised, but by turning down the contract, he doesn't get a wage off them, he doesn't get their health specialities paid for, he doesn't get a car that they supply, so he's turned down quite a lot. But he'll go off and make just as much money, playing in leagues all around the world.
Fair play to our Freddy! :)
Nice one Rashid.
