JACKASS' Ryan Dunn dead at 34

It's partly a shame but atleast no one innocent died but it is still quite sad!

And you still haven't answered, was the passenger innocent? The answer is yes, because it's unlikely they provoked or approved of his actions, but you say anyway;

When an innocent died also.
For a journalist or whatever you are, you don't look at every detail

You can't compare the passenger with some innocent person he could of crashed into....

In the end the passenger chose to get in that car knowing the risks
