Film and TV journalist. I review all of Silvervision and Fight DVD's DVD/Blu-ray releases so they send the discs out to me pre-release, but they've just started streaming PPVs live as well, but I've no idea why. Not that I'm complaining.

Lucky sod. I'll watch it tomorrow, I usually stay up late but it's been a helluva week and, in all honesty, I'm not as pumped for this one.
Bit random, but the quality of PPV theme songs for the last few months has been excellent. Absolutely love "Runaway" aka the SS 2010 theme.
Well, I feel sorry for anyone who payed £14.99 for that sack of ****.
Like I said, the only PPV worth buying is Wrestlemania. In fact, WM should only be the only Pay Per View.
What's next for John Cena? he'll scramble his way back into a roster.
The first three matches were very decent, but the rest lackluster. Expect Cena back at the Rumble.
Words can't describe how dissapointed I was with the main event. Beforehand I said to my friend that the worst possible scenario would be.. you guessed it - what actually happened.
WWF died when it changed it's name. And if not, it died when Stone Cold/The Rock left.
The only redeeming feature after that was the return of DX.
The DX return was, for the most part, a waste of time.
And you realise WWE was legally forced to change its name?
The PPV was disappointing. The Anonymous GM storyline is getting old and the PPV would've made sense as a reveal. John Cena gives a goodbye speech - the laptop beeps - Cole says something like "John, I may have handed power over to Wade but that was just to teach you that you're not invincible. I've been watching very closely and I admire your dedication to fairness and not shying away from doing the right thing. So tonight, I'M going to do the right thing..."
Music hits. Reveal. John's not fired. PPV ends epically and fantastic lead in to Raw.
Raw tonight was quite interesting. Miz became the new WWE champion, after alot of people thinking he would be the first MITB winner to fail to win a cash in & CM Punk joined the commentary team with Cole & King!
King of the Ring makes a return next week in a 3hr special should be interesting.
Raw was brilliant :D
Raw was 10x better than the PPV!!
This weeks wasn't too bad, main event was 'good'. The only real bad thing is whoever does the TV listings for Sky not moving RAW forward an hour, meaning I got 2 hours WWE, 1 hour fishing on my recording.
just series link record :)
Raw was equally as good as last week.
This week's Raw was poor at best. Nice to see Lawler get back in the ring, he provided a few good spots and it was a great way to honour a legend on his birthday.
But that was about it. KOTR was poor, and don't even get me started on Michael Cole's interference in the main event. One thing I did enjoy, surprisingly, was Cena's interference with the Nexus this week. That AA to Gabriel onto the car was just sheer perfection. The AA onto the announcers table was probably the only decent highlight of that tag team match - it was dire. "HE SPILT MY DIET SODA!" - made me laugh :L. Nexus' new shirts look pretty lush though.
M.V.P released.
Last night on SmackDown, two matches were confirmed for TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs.
Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio - Singles Match
Kane (c) vs. Edge - TLC Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
I'd be surprised if Rey-Del Rio wasn't changed to something like a Ladder Match, I reckon that'd be quite good.
From what was said, Del Rio/Mysterio is TLC. If it isn't, they really screwed that angle up.
Hate match type specific PPV's, especially things like HIAC and TLC, matches you'd maybe see 1 of each the entire year not 3 in the matter of hours.
I like that Money in the Bank is a WrestleMania tradition, but I also thoroughly enjoyed the PPV and thought the concept was perfect for a pay-per-view. Do I like HIAC and TLC? God no. They devalue the stipulations so much.
MITB is probably the only match stipulation PPV I've enjoyed. Maybe Elimination Chamber too.
Is it just me or are more PPV's literally becoming PPV's for us? I've always been lead to believe it was only the main 4 that were on Box Office but the TLC promo stated Box Office which was a shame.
It's just you rofl. PPV's have always been box office only ;)
it's funny 'cause i was watching the "old school wrestling (pre 2005)" Oh how i miss the days of Guerrero, Lesnar, Rocky, Angle and Austin wrestling just isn't as epic as it used to be. The only spectacular match that has been in the last year or so has been Shawn vs Undertaker at WM. If anyone wants to see a truley decent match that isn't into wrestling i recommend Eddie Guerrero Vs. Brock Lesnar at no way out or Vs. Kurt angle at Wrestlemania.
Most WWE PPVs have always been free in the UK. Nowadays just under half of them are on Sky Box Office.
I remember in about 2003 there was a PPV on a Saturday night called something like Insuraction. £14.95 was the price. It was an absolute terrible event and a waste of money.
Only big PPV names - such as Unforgiven, Royal Rumble, WM and Armageddon were on Box Office. Events such as Backlash and American Bash were on Sky Sports.
Insurrexion and Rebellion were the two WWE PPVs held in the UK each year.
Before they were scrapped, Armageddon and Unforgiven weren't considered "big" events. The shows known as "the big four" are Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series.
They were PPV though.
I hated when Smackdown & Raw hosted a PPV serparetly..
They should merge the rosters again. Smackdown seems to have about 6 recognisable names and one half baked storyline.

I was going to mention Guerrero/Lesnar when Elimination Chamber was mentioned and I was going to say No Way Out used to always be good. One of the very few PPV's I have on tape.
The results for this Friday's SmackDown have been released, which include a big announcement regarding the World Heavyweight Championship match at TLC. If you want to know what it is, look in the spoiler.
Hahaha.
That's why each show is labelled "card subject to change", to prevent that.
Makes it a little more interesting. Come on Rated-R (really?) Superstar Edge!
Pointless to make this a Fatal-Four-Way in my opinion. Both seperate feuds were set up perfectly for their matches at TLC. Really don't like this idea. Especially if they're planning on doing a FFW PPV next year.
Their becoming a bit obsessed with Fatal Four Ways as of late...
Wasn't a bad ppv, Raw was a good show last night. Good to see Regal v Bryan Danielson
Is the special SmackDown on 'today' or do we get it on Friday as usual? I don't trust the Virgin Media EPG as it screwed up yet another recording.
Tonight at 2am sky sports 3. My virgin guide says smackdown 2-3 then a snow boarding. Best to record the one hour smackdown then the snow boarding after. Virgin take ages to update their guide.
Just watched TLC. Not seen Raw yet. TLC was fantastic I thought, I really enjoyed it.
Just got word that I'm interviewing Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash and Sid Vicious in January to promote their new movie.
