Yeah but this guide was made by myself, the offer was by Ovh.

Does it matter anymore? Offer is discontinued.

Yes, there service was rubbish anyway and didn't give you full access to the domain

You cant expect full access when its for free.

I think its good for people who wanted to try a new type of site, and if it failed then they didnt lose their money on a domain. If it was a hit then they can buy the domain and get full control.
