but thats the thing, apple have tried to make things better by making music go through itunes and to accumulate your music into one place rather than having 1000 songs in one folder which is hard to sort through

neither do i now. all phones have music players nowadays, but as i said, the quality of them is very doubtful
Well, fine, when you're on holiday and can take all of 2 films because the rest is made up of Apps and Music.
its funny that, i guess it all depends on how many songs and apps you have. most apps are only about 10mb, so even having 100 would mean that its only 1gb, then your music, say 1000 songs because thats still 4000minutes of play time, thats about a weeks worth of listening if you listen for about 12 hours a day. so thats another 4GB. so were upto 5 on a 32GB iphone. Each film is only about 700mb so lets see, we can get about 26 films on there if we tried. dont see your arguent
