I shrunk it in photoshop incase you are wondering why it looks odd :) And ignore the background, I got bored and tried making one and failed :P

thought the exact same, or maybe if the line went around the windows logo again like some sort of extra border

he might have a big enough screen for it to be ok, I know with mine having more than one makes my screen too small to do anything.
