Again though, it only poses risks in individual cases. If you have a weak heart you're likely to know about it, and should then stay away.

Think about it. Same with drink. If I drink a pint, I won't be drunk, as I've drunk before. If I drank a dozen pints I'd know about it. I still pay for more than one. But if someone who has never drank alcohol in their life drank they'd feel it easier than a regular drinker.

Tolerances build up pretty slowly, especially with things like alcohol and drugs because they're not naturally occurring in our bodies.
