I heard about this from someone, who talked to Lostie about it. Although im not saying its true, just what i "heard".
Apparently its going to be announced on Wednesday.
Notice the apparent word, therefore im not certain.

It's a clever move for Habbo. Just make helping into a battleball type game so everyone will be motivated to help so they have a badge to look superior to others. Unlike Xs who, once receiving their badge, stopped helping pretty much.

Yeah it was in the email that it would be announced on wednesday. Then we get v24 and the new system soon after.
