Just got the trophy, but it was a shame we never managed to make the 6000, guess no week free VIP or badge for us :(
Nothing says 'We as a company have ****ed up and have no clue about how to run this place anymore' quite as much as them telling their users 'YOU didn't do the community challenge, YOU failed, all blame and guilt on YOU'...
Laughable. The fact we couldn't even hit 6000 users says it all: Staff have completely lost touch.
I don't understand how they expected things to go back to normal after like a month of no chat? As far as I saw there was no extra marketing, no extra advertising or any kind of information to say that Habbo was back on track (cough cough), other than perhaps one tiny email.. Not being funny but their marketing team have failed epically. I don't see why the onus of responsibility is on the users as a collective to drive people back, surely this job is exactly why staff are hired and paid? Either way, staff are clearly trying to play this down, but not even hitting 6000 users a few weeks after chat has returned is a really really bad sign. If they don't pull their finger our and do something serious soon, Habbo will have no where to go but down..
The reward for completing the community challenge was meant to be the Frank Trophy, 1 Week's VIP and a Badge. However why couldnt they of just given us all that despite the fact its their fault we didn't meet their estimates on how many people they thought could come on at once.
I think they left it too much for the users to promote the game then themselves actually advertising much themselves.

I got one too, don't understand
The previous community challenge (removed yesterday) for Habbo.com was to get 6000 users online at once. We never managed to do that before the challenge ended, so this was given out as a consolation prize.
We missed out on a week free VIP, a badge and that trophy (but with a desc on it - I am a true Habbo or something similar).
