A rant about teens these days and my life and stuff...

You spoke of how people often start drugs out of desperation to get away from a bad situation.. ever thought that perhaps dealers start out that way too? For the most part they're just people wanting to make money off what they got, I'm not disputing that, but then again most drug users take it recreationally as opposed to out of addiction so the choice is there too.

On both sides of it there is a massive majority who do it out of their own free will and wishes, and a small number who are pushed there by circumstances out of their own control, but this number is not significant enough to say that all dealers are inherently bad people.

Then it's up to them if they wish to make it/grow it and use it them selves...It wouldn't be a problem like it is now because it would be for personal use and no money would be involved so there would be no drug associated crime. :)

@ Flying: ONe thing people need to know is that, doing drugs just makes their problems even worse. They think Drugs will take from away from it, but then it makes it even worse than it already is. Drugs don't take you away from the problems, it just worsens them.

Very true...Which is why dealers need to get off the streets lol :P

Honestly, Cannabis Dealers are alright in my opinion. Cannabis isn't a harmful drug. It's just a plant, and it you just so happen light it on fire, it may have some effects.

Lol yeah...except it causes extreme paranoia...so it's not that great....It's ok in small doses....but still I wouldn't buy from a dealer...I smoke weed...only occasionally though but I don't buy it...I know someone who grows it for personal use and I only smoke it for personal use too..So I get it for free :D

I never buy weed. I get it from friends. They got it, I'm there.

I really don't think any of this shows someone's stupidity, just because someone smokes, drinks or has sex it doesn't mean that they're automatically deemed irresponsible.

I started smoking when I was 16, when 16 was the legal age in the UK for smoking. I've never in my life even TOUCHED a drug. As for drinking, well, I've been drinking since I was 3 really ;) LOL Nah, when I was wee I used to nick wee sips of my dads Guinness when he wasn't looking XD I didn't properly start drinking till about 16, which is illegal in the UK, but oh well. Not like heavy drinking out on the streets and 3am throwing up and offering random men .. anything.. >_>

But anyways. Now I'm 18, and I can definitely see the error of the younger teens today. I know kids as young as 11 who smoke or do drugs and especially drink, and I know a 13 year old who's just about to give birth. It shocks me, but at the end of the day, they wont listen. Either someone will happen to them, or if not, one day they'll look back when they're older and go wow what an idiot I was.
