The difference is that you're not buying anything. Creating threads is an ability that every normal member has.

Depends if you can afford it or not to be honest. But you don't spend any money to be able to create threads on this forum.

To be honest, I highly doubt a guest viewing the forum will join just because they can see who has viewed every thread.

Sherlock! Not every member creates threads. Why would you want to take it away from certain members? It makes little sense.

Correct because guests won't be able to see either way. However, a new member is more likely to stay with the have optimum features.

Users will not choose HabboxForum over other forums over 1 minor feature like this.

In that case, would you not argue that all new members should have all the VIP Features? Personally I don't think it's a valid point, it makes sense for only the thread poster to see who views the thread, just like reputation.

Giving to the thread creator also makes sure of that. If they want it that much then they would post to see it on their threads.

Can you really not see a situation where someone viewing the thread who isn't the OP wants to see who viewed the thread.
