It sounds like your brother was persistently erroring hobbas or staff members. You can get a perm ban on an account from erroring a staff member, or if a hobba asks a MOD to give you a perm for it... but not a Shockwave ID ban methinks.
"Unlucky" is the word that springs to mind.
He waesn't erroring staff members, just normal people he SAYS.
Can I actually get on MY account from another computer?
I don't believe him if he said just normal people. I was not aware there was a way of monitoring that someone was erroring. Unless you error a Hobba or MOD or Staff member, then I did not know that you can be caught.

And tell your idiot brother to stop breaking the Habbo way and he wont get banned, basically he deserved it.
