You don't get a credit card neither a debit card until your 18. You've most probably got what I have, a 'Cash Card'.Quote:

Go to Natwest, you can get on right now! I'm 12 and they gave me one, it's a special account called Card Plus, where theres no overdrawing, you just spend whatever is in your bank. And you can to cash masgines. And trust me, your allowed to have one at 12, and thats the earliest! And I'm using PayPal ;)
