Bit Harsh, you could try giving her a bit of a break. Yeah she made a few mistakes but nobodys perfect. Plus ya know i wouldnt exactly say any major mistakes were the end of the world. Congrats Calli on ya year as Hotel Manager. Cant w8 for the celebrations.
