Try reseting all your cookies

I think it's rejecting everyone unless you've already got a badge or already applied. My account was unsafety banned yesterday and I've had it since 2001, and I've logged in it 100's of times, yet it rejected me.

They will have kept them off, so that people can still apply for the next batch.

Im not eligible to apply. Possibly because i have been Permed 4 times? Other than that i have logged on Alot more than 200 times etc.
