I assume it's illegal for women to walk arond topless over street. At least I don't think you see it often.
If a women/man go around topless -- They would get reported to the ploice then arrested for some sort of 'Crime'.
There is a program on tommorow about it where a man + women get arrested for walking from Lands end to John o' grouts :)
Well, what I will finish with has no private area's expose (Or those classed as private areas) The thing I have which I'm making has something that you see everyday whilst walking somewhere... (except a church of course). :p
