Make Me:

99 Melee Stats + HP
89+ Fishing
91+ Prayer
98+ R/c

i make them by using macromedia fireworks :) ill make a tut later on

You can make them on psp too ;) you just make a texture name it scan lines and make those bars+ download font and add small picture on the left side of each bar. I can make them :8
