I think you make the present and delay for a certain number of seconds like 20 days delay or summet but its hard because people will find this thread at different times so it might hatch like 2 days after christmas so iunno.

It's easy. Get a host. Call the picture egghatch1.png or something. Then on christmas day replace that picture with your hatched egg but keep the same name. Voila picture changeo.

you just change the time to say how many hours until christmas or days i think and then it opens?

and dollars try changing the name so it wont filter out
