Layout i did for a competition, rate it

Pretty simple, not that pro for $250..

I've made betterfr alot lot less, but hey

Gives a proffecal look, not bad but cant realy judge a site from an image, since u can only see the look, not how its made, how efficant it is, or even how well it handles in diffent browsers all big factors in a good site "/

Well, if i win or dont i will code it etc. with the dhtml, etc. and oli its not coded its a layout but i will code it, and who cares if its not worth 250$ joe, im entering it as a competition so stfu just because i didnt like your first 1 but hey i know it isnt that good i just wanted to see waht you guys though
