you should never sacrifice quality for speed, unless you are trying to make something cheap.and the thing is that we dont really care whether it took 1 minute or 1 day, because its still the same alteration. That is almost an insult to everyone else, who takes time to do quality alterations.
I dont want to be rude, etc, so here are a few tips:
make it isometric
try to use designs from habbo, eg, curved edges to make it look more habboish.
Dont bite off more then you can chew
be original, i mean, habbo already has green chairs...right?
and...take your time! no body likes a rushed alt.

P.S. maybe All Look AT THIS I NEED TO NO HOW GOOD IT IS as a title is not the most respective thing you could give it. Maybe you could have said:
my first alteration, please tips only, criticism is ok.
