You obviously havn't seen many websites other than fansites then.

There's two boxes...has no images on it, colors arn't of the basic habbo color scheme, and you think it's habboish?...right.

Anyway Dan it's pretty basic...a little too basic for my taste though and since the banner is pretty graphic intense i would think the layout should be made around that.
But that's just my opinion, it's not a bad layout though it's pretty good.

Thanks there is actually four 'boxes ;)' and it's built around simplicity and I put the banner on with a 2 minute gradient job as it looks blank and tacky without a banner.

Anyway I hate seeing tech or advanced layouts for blogs and i'm going to get it reviewed on other sites for the coding and simplicity.

Anyway does anybody have any comments on the colours. Do they suit or should I change them? are the heights of navigation and footer ok?

Ok. The colors are fine, but i really think you should change the banner, it would look much better with a more simple one.

No, i like the banner. Maybe change the colour of the grey, that's what I thought looked a bit "Habbo-ish"

Don't worry thats not the banner i've not designed a banner just yet *rants on photoshop skills* :rolleyes: Anyway it's going to be simple with maybe some little logo on or something nothing dead heavy on the eyes just a simple gradient with blended in logo.
