To answer your question yes radiohabbo gives everyone the right to use there radio if you scroll down on radiohabbo there be a box labeled useful links then there is text that says add our radio too your website.

Yea, I no longer click on Piczo Sites on this forum i'm fed up of the ads

You can escape some in firefox by right clicking the ad and dont allow image from blahblah.net

Its difficult with flash ones though

its ok but piczo overall isn't too good.
