Sorry , in Scotland and to my knowledge they're called Chicken Balls , even in chinese menu's .

I'm chinese myself, yet I only like some Chinese food only.

Hmmmm, chinese food.
The best thing is the chinese tomato soup, it's sweet and it has pieces of chicken (:o), but it is really good.
