There's probably a very legitimate reason why Kotu has them on his account. He obviously earnt it somehow. Until he says why, we'll just have to guess lol. I doubt it's ever as simple as Callie thinking "Oh, I think [so and so] should have this badge".
Callie obviously has them due to her being office staff/HM.
Yes, but no doubt, no offence, he must be a really good friend, and no doubt, will be called a brown-noser. I do not think this, but I am just a bit perplexed as to why habbos take badges so seriously. It's as if Kotu just got a 2nd head.
