They're going to friggen call the police on you if they hate you.

Be calm, collective and tell them you saw your other neighbour did it.

You can't get arrested for running over a cat, but for the bush thing they might try getting you done haha, I'd move it back if I were you. If you want to really confuse them, put it under their car.

I could but its like half 2 in the morning the cops will prolly come i could picture that actually i need to clean everything up so im staying up all night!
