If anything it will make things better/easier, as you won't need to "pull back" as such for anything. I want to get circumcised myself, but I don't have the balls to ask my parents about it ^_^ Also I hear it makes your ding dang dongly look bigger. Means you can get it pierced too, if you want.

It's normal. There's nothing wrong with it. Lots of people do that. It's easier to clean and more hygienic. It's never too late and won't sting. They'll obviously use anaestetics while they do that and normally, surgeries only take about 4-6 weeks to fully recover from.
