Yes you can love at ANY age, only the people who has never loved is the one's that say "You can't love at young age etcc etcc" when you love someone you know it. It's something no one can tell you to do.

It's a mental state, if you truly believe at the time that you're in love, then you are, and if you look back later and say it wasn't so, you're lying to yourself, because you felt that way at the time. A crush can be real "love" if the person believes in it enough.

many people it does work, but.. you never know..

Love for family and love for someone else is different, u have to be ready really i guess to love someone butu know when it happens. Love for someone else is passion, etc u dont feel passion in the love for ur parents etc

To be honest, who cares? Just tell yourself its love and theres no problem, what anyone else says isnt your problem.
