It's interesting.. I am quite stressed out with it though, as it is too expensive. I only have 2mil to spare and I doubt I want to spend it on construction. Also it is a big waste of teleport runes. I'm only level 6.
It's a good skill. Not that expensive, only the garden and buying the rooms. The other items are either obtained by yourself or bought for not that much.
I absolutely love it! It's a better way to waste your money than phats lol. I think it would be awesome for clan meetings.

omg you cant even cut the trees in your own garden :s whats the point in buying magic trees and stuff then what if u cant even kill the monsters in your dungeon
love it made a total of 556k from selluing saws nails planks and cloths
its ok i think its quite a good idea but it hard gettin planks and that quite expensive.
Mine is 1 and its staying that lvl.
