me ! Although 4 hc is a bit harsh for just a plain version of that template in html with no coding what so ever :( 2 hc or 1 :D

You know he's going to say 2 not 1 if you give him choice 1 or 2 he's defo going to go for 2 =]

kk! well will it be in html and images ? and 3 hc is quite alot for just a html page and images :(
