No. All the others have been announcements.
There have only ever been 2 announcements considering another attack.
This is the third.
My point was people always warning us that something is going to be happening, often due to unreliable intelligence, and then (thankfully) nothing does happen. Terrorists are simply seeking attention, and although they have carried out 2 major attacks in the last 5-6 years, compared with the amount of threats we've had from them through videos 2 isn't really alot.

The point of Terrorism is not to kill people but to frighten and scare people. Their video has scared you into thinking they'll kill you, meaning they have succeeded in being Terrorists.
