Why not kill blue dragons and avoid the risk of being pked?

There aree 10+ green dragons in level 20-25 wild, in the very east of the wild.
Not as many PKers there as the level 12 dragons.
Black dragons are best to kill in zanaris, you need a raw chicken to get to them, and maybe started recipe for disaster.
Killing black dragons is pretty much a waste though, unless you have an uber high mage/range level.
