I don't think i'd trust myself to get a heart with my husband's name in it [I don't have a husband yet lol btw.] Because you'd have to get it taken off if you fell out :O
The pain bit doesn't really bother me, I don't have the highest pain tollerance ever, But I definatly don't have a small one.
