The Use of the horn is to draw attention to yourself, hence by bleeping it at people, your getting there attention. So it does actually fit what the horn is for...Quote:

Uck, I don't think it's a big deal. Cars arn't for booming music out of all windows 24/7 nearly blowing you away the volume that's high, but everyone seems to condone that.
