But, the version you're using will be tottaly diffrent when you upgrade, new features the lot. so i think you're "friend" might aswell wit till you get used to it.

This was my first time making a site and i was told the different versions we're harder to use the higher version they go so i thought i would let him start on a older one. Anyway i will upgrade in the near future its just i have quite alot of other stuff to do as why start out Anti Bullying Campaign on Friday and i have to change the staff page but it will hopefully be upgraded in about 2 weeks.
