Some people didn't break rules, some were posting in the staff forums ways in which to improve Habbox and they got banned.

Well i'm glad someone's not screaming "LoL hE W0zz LyK B4NN3dd!11!!", maybe, as i've said, you should get in touch privately with senior management and find out more about why and by who these people were banned. Even if they will not give ou the information you want, it's a more mature way of going about it.
