Mine has been so far since sep 6th when I bought it, but tbh I havn't used it a great deal...

Seems like they shouldn't of rushed the 360 so much.

yeah well there replacing them... sony didnt replace ps2 when the laser broke after a week

That wasnt on the same sort of scale though

Yeah it's due to overheating, you could stand it up a different way than it already is and make sure the fan vents at the back have no dust and aren't blocked.
